Pickup in Old San Juan

Give the full Old San Juan address and discuss where the vehicle can safely meet you. Narrow streets, loading restrictions, and temporary closures may make a nearby accessible meeting point more practical than the front door.

Your taxi from Old San Juan to Ceiba Ferry is arranged around the pickup details you provide. Share your travel date, passenger count, and luggage requirements, then confirm the pickup time and meeting point before the day of travel.

Arrive at the correct ferry terminal

Specify Ceiba Ferry Terminal as your destination when reserving. The ferry terminal and Ceiba Airport are separate places, so a flight connection or airport drop-off needs a different arrangement.

Check your ferry booking and the operator's current check-in and boarding instructions before choosing a pickup time. Allow for road traffic and terminal procedures. A taxi reservation does not include a ferry ticket or guarantee boarding.

Book your outward and return rides

Request a quote with the complete pickup address and all planned stops. Let us know about large suitcases or additional equipment so vehicle suitability can be checked for your group.

You can also request a taxi from Ceiba Ferry to Old San Juan for the return journey. Share the return date and ferry arrival information, and confirm each ride separately so both meeting points and times are clear.
